By default, our 45 days income guarantee applies. We feel this is the best alternative considering the current market conditions. Your rental income are 100% guaranteed for any cancellation less than 45 days prior arrival. Your tenant can cancel his reservation without any penalty 45 days or more prior arrival and benefit from a degressive refund for any cancellation less than 45 days before arrival.

You can adjust your guarantee scheme anytime you wish. Any change is taken into account for your future reservations.

Activation of My home in guarantees

GUARANTEED REVENUES : this guarantee is activated by My home in team as soon as the cancellation request is received from your tenant together with your wish to activate the guarantee.
