Bidart Parlementia, nestled 300m from the beach and 400m from the village of Guéthary on foot, this recent and contemporary style house offers sleeping possibilities for 2 families with children (8 people maximum including children) thanks to its 2 double bedrooms and its two triple rooms for children on the ground floor.
Everyone meets in the large living space of 30 m² including kitchen and high dining table, with all the comforts desired for families, as well as a cozy lounge area. Lots of light from the main facade with huge bay windows opening onto a garden with a large table and shaded benches in a small, neat and decorated garden.
Shower room with double sink, wc, and at the back of the house, as in Bali, an outdoor shower with hot water (when coming back from the surf, it feels good). Immediate proximity and very little traffic to the railway . Secured.
